We strive to ship our orders promptly. Our goal is to ship by the next day, but sometimes if we are very busy it may take two to three days.
We ship using USPS. We have found the US Post Office to be the most cost effective and reliable method.
Shipping costs are based on weight and how far the package must travel.
If you would like a different method please contact us or leave a note at check out.
Unfortunately, fees for shipping outside the United States have gone up considerably. We only charge exactly as we are charged to ship. We strive to package as efficiently as possible and always refund any shipping over charge that rarely occurs.
*** Customs and duty fees are not included in our orders and are the responsibility of the customer. This is just how customs works. Every region and area has differences in how duty/customs fees are applied, and even these seem to be applied irregularly. This fees are unfortunate but also unavoidable.
Opened but Unused Packages
You may return these items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund-- If they have not been used/or do not fit. Please keep the tags attached.
Repackage your products and contact us for a return USPS label. We will refund the cost of the product when the item arrives at our door. Depending on the reason for the return we will refund your shipping as well.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
Opened and Used Packages
Our natural pet toys are some of the most durable on the market-- but we know that pets can energetically destroy their toys. We do not provide a 100% guarantee against destruction of our toys by your pets.
We are a small handmade company with a small dedicated staff-- but we are human. If you find a flaw or you think a toy did not hold up as you expected-- Please contact us. We can not refund opened packages of pet treats.
You may return unopened packages within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. In most cases you can simply write "Return to Sender" on the package and put it back in the mail. If that is not possible for some reason, contact us. "Return to Sender" packages may take a couple weeks to process.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
