Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

We strive to ship our orders promptly. Our goal is to ship by the next day, but sometimes if we are busy it may take two to three days.

We ship using USPS (the US post office) . Shipping costs are based on weight and how far the package must travel to get to you. If you would like a different shipping method please contact us or make a note at check out. We have found USPS shipping to be the most cost effective and reliable method for shipping our products.

Returns Policy

Opened and Used packages

We keep a tight handle on quality control in the production of our toys and other products. While we consider our toys to be some of the most durable on the market, we also know that our pets can energetically destroy their toys. Because of this we do not provide a 100% guarantee against destruction of our toys by your pets. Even so, if you find there is a quality flaw or you think a toy just did not hold up as you expected please do contact us. We want you and your pets to be happy with our products. We can not refund opened packages of pet treats.

Opened but Unused Packages

You may return these items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund-- if they have not been used and the tags are still intact. These might be products that you no longer want and did not use, or products that do not fit your pet, such as a walking vest. Repackage your products and return using USPS mail and ship via the least expensive method-often this will be first class and not priority mail. We will refund you the full original cost, shipping included, but the cost of your return shipping will not be refunded. You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Unopened Packages
